Ramsey Grammar School Brass Go Viral!

Published Thursday 28 May 2020

Since the closure of the Island's school in March RGS brass players have been determined to keep playing and sharing their performances with the wider community. Mr Wood came up with the idea of creating a virtual ensemble from his newly formed RGS Pep Band. Many of the students were working towards graded music exams and these also had to be cancelled as part of the Coronavirus restrictions. Mr Wood was keen for the students to share their performances and came up with the idea of creating a podcast of all their individual performances and the Pep Bands performance which they dedicated to the Island's Keyworkers.
